Aya Nehme
As a clinical psychologist with a degree from the Catholic University of Louvain, specializing in child, adolescent and family guidance, I now work with children, adolescents, adults and seniors.
My approach is based on listening with kindness, empathy, and respect for each person's pace. I offer a safe space for discussion to explore your personal resources and find ways together to overcome life's challenges.
I see people facing various difficulties such as anxiety, depression, burnout, low self-esteem, eating disorders, relationship difficulties, as well as crisis situations such as bereavement, separation or loss of autonomy.
Follow-up can be done in person or via video consultation, which also allows people living far from the office or residing abroad to benefit from support.
I am currently training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy (CFCP – UCLouvain), which allows me to deepen and enrich my clinical practice.
