Jérémy Rioult
Licensed clinical psychologist (ULB), CBT psychotherapist (Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy – ULB) and Addiction specialist (Paris-Descartes),
I offer compassionate, non-judgmental support, centered on listening, understanding, and respecting each individual's pace. Trained in cognitive behavioral therapy within a holistic and integrative approach, I specialize in the clinical treatment of addictions, whether they involve substance use or repetitive behaviors. My work draws particularly on motivational interviewing and schema theory to help individuals better understand the meaning behind their difficulties, the reasons for their persistence, and to strengthen their motivation for change.
My background and fieldwork have made me acutely aware of the importance of presence, connection, and support during times of vulnerability. I have worked with individuals experiencing extreme hardship, as well as anyone facing distress, whether temporary or long-standing. I offer a calm and safe space for listening, built on trust, to gain perspective, better understand yourself, and move towards meaningful goals. This support is developed step by step, according to your needs and circumstances .
